Your availability is the shape of your teaching week: the hours your booking link offers, and the ground your calendar draws working time on.

Set your regular hours

  1. Open Settings, then Booking & availability.
  2. Switch on each day you work and set its start and end times.
  3. Save — the week applies immediately to your booking link.

Hours are wall-clock in your timezone. A 09:00 start stays 09:00 through daylight-saving changes, and students in other timezones see every slot converted to theirs.

Blocks and exceptions

Regular hours describe the usual week; blocks describe the exceptions:

  • Busy blocks remove time from a specific day — a dentist appointment, a holiday afternoon.
  • A connected external calendar adds its own busy blocks automatically, so anything already in your personal calendar is never offered to students.

What students can take

A slot is offered on your booking link only when all three are true: it sits inside your regular hours, no lesson is already there, and no busy block covers it. That is the whole model — there is no separate "publish" step to forget.

If a slot you expected is missing, fix a calendar conflict lists the usual reasons in order.
