Share your booking link

UPDATED AUG 2 · 1 MIN READ

One public link lets new and existing students request the times you actually offer — here is how to share and control it.

In this article
  1. Find and share the link
  2. What the page offers
  3. Requests, not bookings

Your booking link is a public page where anyone can request a class in a slot you genuinely have free. No account is needed to ask; nothing is booked until you confirm.

  1. Open Settings, then Booking & availability.
  2. Copy the link, or open the preview to see exactly what a student sees.
  3. Put it wherever students find you — a bio, a group chat, an email signature.

Your public teacher card carries the same booking flow behind its book button, so if you share one link anywhere, share the card: it introduces you first and books second.

What the page offers

  • Slots computed from your weekly availability, minus existing lessons and busy time — including busy time from a connected external calendar.
  • Your subjects, with each one's price, so the booker picks what the class is about and sees what it costs before asking.
  • A contact step that requires an email or a phone number, so every request is answerable.

Requests, not bookings

Every submission waits for you — see review a booking request. Unanswered requests expire at their own start time, so your inbox never fills with stale asks.
