Record a lesson and get notes

UPDATED AUG 1 · 1 MIN READ

Record a class, let memore transcribe and summarise it, and review the AI's draft before anything reaches the student.

memore can listen to a class and hand you back a summary, topics covered, and suggested homework — so the minutes after a lesson stop being paperwork.

Record

  1. Open the class's notes page.
  2. Choose Record from the page menu when the lesson starts.
  3. Stop the recording when you finish. Uploading happens in the background.

Recording works on the web and in the iOS app. The first time, your browser or phone asks for microphone permission — memore never records without it.

What comes back

Within a few minutes the recording becomes:

  • A transcript of the class.
  • A summary with the topics covered and suggested action items.
  • Draft homework you can accept, edit or discard.

Everything AI-written stays clearly separated from what you wrote yourself until you accept it. Nothing is sent to the student automatically — you stay the editor.

After the summary

Pull the summary's action items into the homework block with one tap, bank new vocabulary into the student's glossary, and share the finished notes — see share lesson notes with a student.
